That depends on the type of repair. For a basic phone screen or battery, it can be 30 minutes to an hour, while more specific phone repairs can take up to 3 hours. Please note these times can vary greatly. We ask for up to 24 hours for a repair depending on volume.

In order to properly test your device is repaired, yes, we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. If you decline to provide your passcode, we cannot test certain features of the device.
